Our printing processes include web and sheetfed offset lithography up to 6 colors, flexography up to six colors and service bureau digital printing including data, numbering and barcoding. Our maximum die cut sheet sizes are 17” x 22”, however we have a variable sheeter that may be able to handle larger custom sizes. We use a variety of Materials and will print as few as 1,000 sheets of Laser Labels up to six colors and specialize in single to 4/color process imaging. We also Bar Code and variable image labels in house. We produce labels in sheets and rolls for laser, inkjet and thermal transfer. We create duplex sheets to most specifications and now have the capabilities to do Embossed and Foil Stamping. We maintain in-house prepress facilities with both PC and MacIntosh platforms. Our software includes Corel Draw, Photoshop, Pagemaker, Illustrator, Quark Express and Freehand. We receive artwork and transmit proofs electronically via the Internet via high-speed modems. We also accept 3.5” diskettes, DVD's and CD’s. We accomplish step and repeats, trapping, graphic and text modifications routinely. Die cutting is accomplished with rotary engraved, rotary flexible magnetic and steel rule platen dies. We inventory over 4,000 different dies.
