Hi-Tech recently began foil stamping on numerous substrates. We can image a wide range of colors and finishes depending upon the quantity. The web presses that we use are better suited for mid to longer runs. Maximum widths are 16.5” and repeats up to 24”. The foil stamping runs in combination with our ability to print an additional five colors including process illustrations. Call or e-mail us for your application.

Hi-Tech printing Co. converts custom Thermal Transfer labels from roll to roll and roll to fanfold. This includes custom direct thermal and thermal transfer labels. Our 6 color, 16.5” wide flexographic presses are fully automated and equipped with unwind butt splicers and state of the art turret rewinders for long run specialty work.

Duplex Sheets are sheets that have a portion of die cut pressure sensitive material glued to a piece of non-adhesive paper. Together the two make up an 8.5” x 11.0” or 8.5” x 14.0” sheet compatable with laser printers. Each portion can be tailored to most specifications.

The purpose of this sheet is to allow the consumer the ability to print labels as well as a receipt, packing list, disclaimer, etc. both at the same time. The benefits are less consumables and it enbles you to image the label and literature at the same time.

Hi-Tech has the capability to emboss paper and foil laminates with rotary embossing dies. The embossing die cylinders we currently use are for 11” repeat cut sheets. The sheet width can be any dimension up to 17.0”. We emboss with interlocking male/female components and can print up to six colors in addition to die-cutting, stripping, sheeting, fan folding or roll to roll applications.

We have tested embossed sheets of foil labels and found that even with the embossed surface, most designs image and fuse well on laser printers.
