Hi-Tech uses several types of cutting dies to convert labels including rotary engraved heat treated dies, flexible chemically etched dies for magnetic base cylinders and laser etched platen steel rule dies. Our die inventory exceeds 4,000 different size and configurations. Our cutting dies range from 10” wide to 17.5” wide and in a multitude of repeats or diameters. Our line of cut sheet laser and inkjet labels are generally the standard size 8.5” X 11”, legal 8.5” X 14”, European A4 210mm X 297mm and European A5 148mm X 210mm. We have a large inventory of rotary magnetic base cylinders permitting us to use less expensive flexible chemically etched stainless steel wrap around dies for short to medium runs. In addition to cutting dies, we have several custom punch units for continuous line hole punching, 3 hole punches and unique punching and perforating objectives.
