We offer over 80 different face substrate, adhesive and liner combinations. Many of these materials are stocked at Hi-Tech for quick turn around times on custom orders. We supply Self Adhesive Cut Sheet and Roll Labels for Laser (hot and cold fusion systems) and Inkjet (monochrome and color). We also supply Non-Adhesive Laser and Inkjet printable papers and tag with Matte and Gloss finishes including photo quality inkjet receptive face sheets.

All adhesives we use for sheeted laser label applications are custom formulated to resist degradation or adhesive flow when fused with extreme heat and pressure. Others for roll and continuous labels and thermal transfer/direct thermal may include acrylics, modified acrylics, rubber based (hot melt) and occasional solvent based formulations. Adhesive formulations vary considerably due to the wide range of applications and performance requirements of today’s market. Adhesives for hi-tack, light tack, clean removal, cold temperature, freezer grade, tinted opaque, repositionable, food grade approved, direct food/skin/drug contact, hi-tack with easy removability, water soluble, tamper evident and many more. Many of these adhesives on specific face sheets and liners are routinely stocked at Hi-Tech for quick turns on custom orders.
