Hi-Tech produces a wide range of roll labels up to six colors including U.V. curing. We print them on 17.5” wide web offset and 16.5” wide flexographic presses. Our presses are equipped with automated unwind butt splicers and automatic turret rewinders for large volume roll to roll production. We also have the ability to line hole punch and 3 hole punch for continuous roll to roll or fanfolded label forms. Roll or continuous labels can be imaged with variable data and barcodes in-line on either web offset or flexo presses. Our state of the art flexographic presses are equipped with sophisticated registration controls, corona treaters, web scanning monitors and film packages allowing us to print unsupported extensible films as thin as 2 mils roll to roll.
