Technical Support

Hi-Tech Printing Co. has been in the Laser Label Business for 20 years. Over those years we have learned a great deal about the manufacture and printing of Laser label sheets and rolls. We would very much like for your laser label experience to be a positive one. For that reason we have listed below a few trouble shooting tips for you if you encounter difficulty running laser labels through your machines.

  • If at all possible, store labels in a temperature and humidity controlled environment.
  • If imaging in a different area, bring labels into imaging area several hours to allow them to climatize prior to running.
  • Open shrink wrap package and fan the sheets before placing in the printer. This will break any static bond and allow the sheets to feed freely.
  • Some recharged toner creates a toner anchorage problem.

Each printer is different. If you have problems with jamming or toner anchorage please let us know and we will be glad to see if we can help you solve your problem. You may contact us at sales@htpco.com.

Technical Support is free, but is through E-mail ONLY! Someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
